Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 15, 2026
1. Services
Woo Law Group provides divorce and family law representation, divorce mediation, estate planning, document preparation, and traffic ticket defense for clients in California. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a conflict-of-interest check. We reserve the right to decline any matter for legal, ethical, or professional-responsibility reasons.
2. Consultations and Fees
Initial consultations are free. Any discussion of fees during a consultation is informational and non-binding unless confirmed in a written fee agreement signed by both the client and the attorney. Fees for a matter may vary based on scope, complexity, court requirements, or circumstances that come to light after the engagement begins, as described in the written fee agreement.
3. Payments
This website does not collect payments. Client payments are handled outside the website under the terms of the applicable written fee agreement, including through the secure payment link provided in the site footer. Unpaid balances may result in lawful collection actions consistent with the fee agreement and California law.
4. Appointments
Consultations and meetings are by appointment. Please provide accurate contact information and let us know promptly if you need to reschedule so the time can be offered to another client.
5. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Using this website, submitting the contact form, or attending a free consultation does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when both you and the firm sign a written fee agreement. Please do not send confidential details through the contact form beyond what is needed to schedule a consultation.
6. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the information we collect and how it is used.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Woo Law Group or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Disclaimers

Reading it does not substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation. No result is promised or implied for any matter; outcomes depend on the facts, the law, and the court.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law and by the rules governing California attorneys, Woo Law Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website, and is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right a client holds under a written fee agreement or under the rules of professional conduct.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
