Attorney and Founder
Gene founded the practice to serve the Central Coast community he grew up in. He graduated from Righetti High School in Santa Maria and earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2010, he has spent more than 15 years in family law and estate planning, handling divorce, custody, support, and property matters in the San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Kern County courts. His approach pairs steady courtroom advocacy with plain-English advice about what each option actually costs and how long it takes.
Tyler Brewer
Paralegal
Tyler brings more than 15 years of experience in legal support services and works with clients as an independent contractor. He was part of the first graduating class of paralegal students at Allan Hancock College and holds certification as a divorce coach, which shapes how he guides families through the paperwork side of a case. With a background in business administration, he manages case workflow and keeps clients informed about where their matter stands and what comes next.
